We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with the Marketing and Sales departments. Typical Daily Duties Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules. Manage active campaigns, test and optimise. Work on the copy and creatives for the ads independently or in conjunction with our designers (e.g. image ads, banners, videos, etc.). Collects customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns. Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram. Researches and monitors activity of company competitors. Creates and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages. Provide constructive feedback. Find new opportunities to improve results.
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practice, understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics, critical thinker and problem-solving skills. Requirements
