This rundown contains the most recent updates for LinkedIn Pages.
LinkedIn has released three updates to its pages that will allow businesses to communicate with their audience more meaningfully.
Post templates can help businesses create engaging content, direct conversation with pinned comments, and highlight their most important values through a new section called ‘commitments.
These updates were rolling out throughout the month, so you might already have them. These updates are new; you can read the most recent details below if you don’t know what they are.
1. Use these templates to create posts for your LinkedIn pages
It’s now easier for businesses to create high-quality LinkedIn pages with customizable templates.
You can access post templates directly from the LinkedIn app without downloading additional tools.
Tap the “use template” button to start creating a new post. You can then customize the background, change the font, add text and attach clickable links.
2. Pinged Comments
Businesses can now highlight the best comments in posts by pinning them to the top.
LinkedIn recommends using pinned comments in a blog post to keep the conversation focused.
Pinned comments allow you to direct the conversation on any brand post. Pin any mention to a post, and it will be permanently placed at the top of the thread so that everyone who views the center will see it first.
To keep the conversation going or shift the focus, you can modify the pinned comment anytime.
3. Page Commitments
Businesses can use a new LinkedIn section to highlight company values.
LinkedIn Pages’ “Our featured commitments,” a section that allows you to showcase your most important values to job seekers and potential partners, is now available on LinkedIn Pages.
Your featured commitments section can contain up to five commitments, such as:
LinkedIn will highlight your commitments under the About section on your Page.
This section can be enhanced by posting content that displays your company’s values.
